  • Which areas do you service?

    We’re based in Brisbane and regularly work across both the northern and southern suburbs, including surrounds. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask – we’re happy to check for you.

  • Can I tile over existing tiles?

    Yes, in some cases we can tile over existing tiles, provided the surface is clean, level, and firmly bonded. We’ll assess the condition during the quoting stage and let you know if it’s a suitable option or if removal is recommended.

  • What types of spaces and tiles do you work with?

    We work across a wide range of spaces, from bathrooms and kitchens to laundries, living areas, and even outdoor areas like patios. As for tiles, we can handle everything from ceramic and porcelain to mosaic, large-format, and natural stone. Basically, if it can be tiled, we will make it happen!

  • How long does the tiling process take from start to completion?

    The timeline depends on the size and complexity of your project. Small jobs might only take a day or two, while larger spaces like full bathrooms or main flooring could take several days. We’ll provide an approximate duration on your quote so you know what to expect.

  • How do I get a quote?

    Just fill out our Request a Quote Form to get started. From there, we’ll send you either an initial estimate or a detailed quote, depending on the information you provide.

  • Do you help with tile selection?

    We sure can! Once you’ve received your quote, we offer a complimentary tile selection appointment at the Beaumont Tiles Studio in Fortitude Valley. We’ll help with choosing the right tile, grout colours, and layout to suit your project, and we’ll handle all the ordering and delivery so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • What if I change my mind after selecting tiles?

    Totally fine – just let us know as soon as you can. Depending on where we’re at in the process, we may need to revise your quote or adjust the timeline.

  • Can I book a second tile selection appointment?

    Your first consultation is on the house. Need a follow-up? No problem — just note that additional sessions incur a fee.

  • What if I'm purchasing my own tiles?

    Just send us your choices early so we can confirm their suitability and update your quote if needed. We also ask that your tiles are ready on-site at least 2 days before your scheduled start date.

  • Do you have a price list?

    Tiling isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our pricing depends on the area size, tile type, prep work and overall job complexity. If you send through as much detail about your project as possible, we’ll send through a detailed quote so everything’s clear up front.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes, a deposit is typically needed to secure your booking. The deposit percentage is dependent on the size and complexity of your job, but will all be outlined clearly in your quote.

  • Can I make changes after accepting the quote?

    Of course, we get that things can evolve. Small tweaks are generally fine, but bigger changes (like swapping tile types or layouts) might mean we need to revise your quote or adjust the timeline.
